Biography
Beth Hinchee joined Caterpillar in 1995 and is the division manager and enterprise process owner for PLM & Engineering Standards. Beth is responsible for the enterprise strategic direction for PLM, governing and improving core product development processes and tools. Her technical contributions include R&D in both the U.S. and Germany, resulting in 3 U.S. patents for turbocharger and engine air system technology. Beth holds a Bachelor of Science in mechanical engineering and resides in Peoria, Illinois with her husband and three children.
